PocketSuite Online Booking
A desktop and mobile app to help business owners book clients, get paid, and streamline their business. I worked closely with this YCombinator startup on improving the PocketSuite app and launching a number of initiatives to serve their customers.

Project brief
Tens of thousands of bookings are made on the PocketSuite platform every day. However, the booking platform lacked key features important to PocketSuite Pros. Redesign and merge two offerings into a single, improved experience that provided a branded experience for Pros and a modern, user-friendly experience for customers. The existing experience provided a limited set of features, leading pros to other providers that offered a larger set of features.
Online booking is a major factor in Pros joining and leaving PocketSuite, and had the potential to significantly increase income, bookings, and transactions on the platform. The aim was to redesign the booking experience to include critical features and provide a better customer experience.
